This refurbishment to the highest quality included Captain’s Cabin / Robberg Room restaurants, the swimming pool areas hardscaping, the construction of a new boomed entrance gatehouse. Electrical distribution boards serving the areas were also upgraded.
The works were carried out during the COVID 19 Level 3 lockdown period.
A separate project implemented, was the remedial works to the driveway bend paving subsidence, resultant from the tidal action through the corresponding section of the rotating sea wall. The sea wall here, was stabilised.
