Oceans Umhlanga will consist of 36 000 m² of shopping mall with all the top superbrands (103 retail outlets and would incorporate 22 international iconic luxury fashion brands, 12 magnificent restaurants, a supercar dealership), and 444 panoramic view apartments in two towers. The apartments range from one-bedroom studios to stunning penthouses. The Radisson Blu Oceans Umhlanga will be a five-star standard hotel (206 key), consisting of nine floors with 135 standard rooms, 54 family rooms, 16 suites and a presidential suite. The conference centre will accommodate 1 200 delegates, with five breakaway rooms and boardrooms. The hotel will have a grand ballroom with seating for 700 people. The hotel will also offer a fully equipped gym, a wellness centre, an array of restaurants and an artisanal coffee roaster.
