Refurbishing and extending on of East Africa's most well renown hotels without shutting down the hotel was a sizeable challenge. The extension and refurbishment includes additional rooms, facade refurbishment, an additional parking block and conference facilities. Quality control and assurance was paramount to maintain the hotel standards, and required meticulous programming and proactive construction and team management.
