Ground breaking for US Department of State Housing in Nairobi

Betts & Townsend have commenced construction and project management for DHThree - Verdant Ventrures and Gateway Africa - for high-end medium density housing in Nairobi that will be tenanted by the US Department of State.  Ancillary recreational facilities are included in the development to be completed in April 2022.
