With Betts Townsend’s fit-out and construction experience,  we were appointed as Co-Construction Managers along with  AECOM for Citi Bank  in Gigiri, Nairobi.

 

The bank’s Gigiri branch included tellers, vault rooms, board-  rooms, offices, AV room, a kitchenette, a server and technology  rooms and consultation rooms. With an in-depth knowledge in  construction processes and quality assurance, Betts Townsend  acted as lead Project Manager to ensure that the bank quality  standards exceeded. Our attention to design control, pro-  gramme control and team management is a skill that ensures  our  projects are  delivered  within  budget and  on time.
