Stage 5 : Construction Documentation
Definition:
Management, administer and monitor the contracts and processes, including the preparation and coordination of the procedures and documentation to facilitate practical completion of the works.
Standard Services:

Manage ongoing project insurance requirements (including resolution of insurance claims).

Formalize and facilitate occupation of site by contractor review formal and informal communication structure and procedures for construction process.

Attend site meetings and inspections.

Receive and review contractors’ health and safety plan.

Review, coordinate and approve end user specific construction details, documentation and materials timeously.

Review and approve all scope, time and cost variations.

Arbitrate acceptable standards of quality when required to do so.

Review and process progress payments.

Receive, review and approve recommendations for settlement of contractual claims prepared by the principle agent.

Receive and review cost reports.

Review management of direct contractors and suppliers.

Receive, review and present project reports.

Coordinate end user and operator input for early testing and commissioning.
