The I&M Bank (Rwanda) Headquarters parcel is zoned in the City Level Commercial District (C3).

The Client’s brief called for a proposal for a new building to house the bank’s headquarters, with space for a bank branch and offices. The proposal was to provide rental space separate from the bank operations. In principle a two-tower scheme, Ground + 4 Levels, Ground + 8 Levels, and usable roof levels was approved.

In addition, Betts Townsend was appointed as the lead Project Manager and the fit out on a turnkey CM design build.
