Betts Townsend has been mandated to complete a mixed use scheme adjacent to the airport on the current golf course country club.

 

The scheme comprises of a retail component of approx. 15,000mz GLA, a 220 Key Hilton Hotel, commercial offices of 12,000m2 GLA, a conference facilities and open air restaurant piazza.

 

A residential component is under review based on market demand.

 

Political environment is under review and will be the trigger to the project proceeding.
