Betts Townsend have been appointed as the Project Manager and Tenant Coordinators.

 

The mixed use development is centrally located in Westlands, Nairobi and consists of phase III, IV and V developments .

 

The flagship,  phase III, development consists of a full architectural and MEP revamp of the old phase I and II mall, giving it a new lease of life and a competitive edge in the modern retail market in Kenya. In addition, it also consists of the design and construction of a new ultra modern mall that will bring on board an additional 50,000 square meters of shopping with a new international retail mix.

On completion, the Sarit Centre will be a  signature development in Westlands, creating a central niche.
