Betts & Townsend (Pty) Ltd is a construction project management consultancy which was established in 1995.  We are 100% staff owned.In South Africa, 51% of the ownership is held by a staff trust. We have a level 2 BBBEE rating. We are members of the Green Building Council of South Africa and hold this accreditation in high regard.

 

We have offices in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, East Africa, Mauritius and London.

Our directors gained their initial built environment experience at the coal-face in the building contracting industry.

Our industry awards include the 2017 Diamond PMR.africa rating us as the top Construction Project Management company. Over the past 10 years we also received both Gold and Silver awards clearly pacing us amongst the top 3 leading Construction Project Management companies in South Africa.

 

We have been known to assist clients in managing contractors that have not sufficiently performed and with our hands-on experience, major projects have been delivered successfully.
